Join us for a jolly afternoon of singing at Shaftesbury’s Snowdrop Festival

Saturday 15th February 2 pm - 4 pm at Shaftesbury Town Hall, High Street, Shaftesbury, Dorset, SP7 8LY

We’d love you to join us for a jolly good sing song at this dementia-friendly afternoon in collaboration with ‘Melodies Remembered’ – a fun and sociable, fortnightly singing group for people living with dementia and their carers.

Music will be provided by The Madding Crowd. We’ve enjoyed singing along with them before at our Jolly Shaftesbury group so we know firsthand that you’re guaranteed a jolly time.

Everyone is welcome, the event is by donation and there’ll also be delicious tea and cake – a jolly staple!

For more information or if you are interested in attending, please contact: dementiafriendlyshaftesbury@gmail.com or call 07871 665927

This session is part of the Shaftesbury Snowdrop Festival. Across the two weeks of the festival, there are lots of snowdrop-related events for you and your family to enjoy. Whether you’re visiting Shaftesbury for the day or longer, there are a host of places to see snowdrops, make a snowdrop craft, take a walk, swim in cold water, shop or just enjoy the pretty hilltop town and its blossoms.
