What we’re about...
In Jolly Good Company is playing an important role in the improvement of people’s physical and mental health. The activities on offer help us to look beyond lost skills to focus on the positivity of what we are able to do now. This gives a sense of satisfaction and achievement.
Our indoor and outdoor sessions will encourage staying physically active and promote better health.
We want to help people make the most of their lives, feel important, needed and an integral part of a group.
In Wimborne St Giles we collaborate with the Village Hall, the Shaftesbury Estate and the local school in order to make our Jolly Days a rip roaring success. At present we also meet in Shaftesbury, Blandford, Wimborne and at Kingston Lacy allotments. People find our groups uplifting and the boost in mood can last long after our time together has ended.

“After a very stressful morning at the Doctor’s and pharmacy. It is great to think that we are getting in the car and coming to this group. Where I can relax!”
