Our Jolly Postal Service is a rip-roaring success

Well, we could never have imagined just what a difference our Jolly Postal Service would make when we first started it up. It’s such a joy knowing it brightens up someone’s day when they receive something cheery through the post. We aim to send everyone 2 packages a month. We have specially designed postcards, labels, plus beautiful drawings and letters written and created by local school children and local residents. We’ve received wonderful knitted and crocheted rainbows, a beautiful little knitted easter chick, and so many stunning creations. It has really bought the community together and helped to stop our more isolated residents from feeling lonely.

Please ask permission first before sharing someone’s address with us. We will keep all personal details secure and will not pass them on.
