Pottery Painting and Poetry

Our pottery painting Jolly Day with talented Dorset Potter Susan Miller was a huge success. It was made even better because it was warm enough for us to be able to sit outside and enjoy the lovely garden at Wimborne St Giles village hall.

Susan’s cousin, and our lovely volunteer, Mary Bevan is a creative writer who is helping us to write poems together. The way it works is we each come up with a line and Mary then weaves them into poems for us.

Next time Susan visits us for a pottery painting session we will be illustrating our poem about our pets by painting on ceramic tiles.

If you would like to take part in our next pottery and poetry day do get in touch. it’s on 4th October 2021.

I’m a web designer and I love creating beautiful, affordable websites that work hard for small businesses. Simply put, a business needs a website to reach more customers. It needs to look good but it also needs to work hard. That’s where I can help, I build cost-effective, good looking websites that are both mobile and google friendly.
