Jolly Days are in Wimborne

What a fabulously sunny start to our Jolly Days in Wimborne. The Learning Room at The Museum of East Dorset is light and airy and looks out onto the stunning garden, a perfect place for a jolly get together.

We were expertly entertained by Colin and Clara (aka ‘Bit of a Tonic’) who told us the story of the restoration of Colin’s teddy before we sang Teddy Bear’s Picnic together. They also sang a beautiful rendition of Thomas Morley’s 17th Century song ‘Springtime Mantleth Every Bough’.

Yvonne, a very talented artist, joined us and showed us some of her beautiful paintings and talked us through how painting helps her and has made a big difference in her life. We can’t wait for her to come back and share a workshop with us. Watch this space for photos of our creations coming soon!

It was so lovely to meet and make new friends and we can’t wait to be with you again. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. See you soon for more fun and jolly japes.

I’m a web designer and I love creating beautiful, affordable websites that work hard for small businesses. Simply put, a business needs a website to reach more customers. It needs to look good but it also needs to work hard. That’s where I can help, I build cost-effective, good looking websites that are both mobile and google friendly.
